1. Terms

By accessing to this app, Game you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Al Tamayoz Tech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Al Tamayoz Tech does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Application (Game) or otherwise relating to such materials or on any Applications linked to this Application (Game).

In no event shall Al Tamayoz Tech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Al Tamayoz Tech’s Application (Game), even if Al Tamayoz Tech or a Al Tamayoz Tech authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Al Tamayoz Tech’s Application (Game) could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Al Tamayoz Tech does not warrant that any of the materials on its Application (Game) are accurate, complete or current. Al Tamayoz Tech may make changes to the materials contained on its Application (Game) at any time without notice.

However, Al Tamayoz Tech does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Al Tamayoz Tech has not reviewed all of the Application (Game) linked to its Application (Game) and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked Application (Game). 1-الشروط

باستخدامك هذا التطبيق (اللعبة) ، فأنت توافق على هذه الاتفاقية، و جميع القوانين و اللوائح المعمول بها، انت أيضا توافق على انك مسؤول عن افعالك مع أي قوانين عامة، اذا انت لا توافق على هذه الشروط فأنت محظور عن استخدام هذا التطبيق (اللعبة)، الموارد المتواجدة في هذا التطبيق محمية بحقوق النشر و قانون العلامة التجارية

2-رخصة الاستخدام

يتم منح اذن لتحميل نسخة واحدة من الموارد (معلومات او نظام) اللعبة المملوكة لشركة التمايز تكنولوجي للاستخدام الفردي الغير مستخدم للنشر مع العلم ان الاذن يسمح فقط للاطلاع على الموارد فقط، هذا منح ترخيص فقط وليس نقل ملكية وبهذا الترخيص لا يسمح لك بأن:

  • التعديل او نسخ المحتوى

  • استخدام المحتوى لاي هدف اعلاني، او أي عرض اعلامي (بهدف الإعلان او لغير الإعلان)

  • محاولة الفك او عكس الهندسة في أي نظام عائد الى ملكية التمايز تكنولوجي

  • إزالة أي حقوق التأليف والنشر أو غيرها من تدوينات الملكية او نقل الموارد الى شخص اخر او "عكس" الموارد على أي خادم اخر

ينتهي هذا الترخيص تلقائيًا إذا انتهكت أيًا من هذه القيود ويسمح لشركة التمايز تكنولوجي انهاء الترخيص في أي وقت عند إنهاء عرضك لهذه المواد أو عند إنهاء هذا الترخيص، يجب أن تتخلص وتدمر أي موارد منزلة في ملكيتك ان كانت الكترونية او مطبوعة

3- تنصل
